A Santa Cruz man was sentenced today to 12-years in prison, after being convicted of voluntary manslaughter last month. 29-year-old Dylan Bayly was found guilty of stabbing to death his roommate at the time, 26-year-old Justin Zuk. A Santa Cruz judge handed down the maximum sentence for the crime, which occurred in September of 2008 on Pacific Avenue, in Santa Cruz.
