Student leaders from all around California have gathered in seaside for an 8-day leadership program. They are learning about leadership principles, strategies and practices….so as to become more effective leaders. The 20th annual leadership seminar is being held at the Panetta Institute For Public Policy, and is scheduled to end this Sunday.
