70TH Holl Independence Rally 06/28/17B 16:04 3 S.S.

The  70^th  anniversary  of  the  Hollister  Independence  Rally  is  set  to  begin  this  Friday.   The  epicenter  of  the  rally  is  expected  to  be  San  Benito  Street in  downtown  Hollister.  The  3-day  event  is  slated  to  run  until  5  p-m  Sunday  July  2^nd.    Crews  will  close  San  Benito  Street  between  South  Street  and  4^th  Street  at 10  p.m.  Thursday  night,   so  they  can  begin  setting  up  for  the  rally.
