A magnitude 5-point-6 earthquake stuck northern California monday afternoon. The quake’s epicenter was in Humboldt county, about 18-miles east of Trinidad. Effects of the 1:07 p.m.- quake were reported as far away as Oregon, but there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
