5 men have been arrested for stealing a bicycle (during a bike-bait operation in Santa Cruz). Additionally, 3 of them also face drug charges. The bicycle that was stolen was parked in numerous places around Santa Cruz. The 5 arrested were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
