A woman was arrested in Carmel after it was determined that she had stolen 5 boys (at least 3 from the Sacramento area) and brought them to Carmel. Michelle Lynn Dorsey faces felony child stealing charges. Those are similar to kidnapping charges, however with kidnapping someone is ‘taken by force’, and apparently all 5 of these boys (several of whom were run-aways to begin with) went willingly.
