5 people have been arrested for looting in the Fall Creek area. The 4 women and 3 men were in an area where an Evacuation Order was still in place and they had 2 vehicles full of stolen items. Susana Luba, Sara Loretz, Crystle Parstch-Luchessi, Crystal Araujo and Jose Gandarilla now face charges that include Looting, Grand Theft, Burglary, and Conspiracy To Commit A Crime. Anyone who sees Looting, or any other Suspicious Activity, is encouraged to contact their local authorities.
