Salinas Police are investigating a 4th of July fatal shooting. At about 10 p-m officers responded to the 400 block of Noice Drive following reports of a shooting victim. At the scene police found a 49 year old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A suspect, described as a Hispanic male adult, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans, was seen fleeing the area. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas police.
