The 40th Annual Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off has been re-imagined into a Restaurant Week in February, where local chefs can work in their own kitchens….and people can purchase “Tasting Flights” featuring 6 – 12 restaurants. Those people then get to vote on Best Boston Clam Chowder and Best Santa Cruz Clam Chowder, People’s Choice. Local chef’s need to register to compete by January 31st.
