4 Men Arr In Sc Mtns 07/25/18B 16:20 S.S.

A  woman suffered non-life-threatening  injuries when  she  was  shot  this  afternoon  on  Highway  9  near  River  and  Fern  Streets.    4  men  have  been  arrested  in  connection  with  the 1:30  p.m.  shooting,  and  Highway  9  has  re-opened.
