4 Bay Area people suffered major injuries in a 2-car crash in Prunedale this afternoon. The accident occurred on Highway 156 at McGuffie road. All 4 injured people were in 1 of the vehicles, and they were transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas for treatment.
