1 person in Monterey County has been determined not to have the Coronavirus, and 3 more are awaiting test results from the Center for Disease Control. The Monterey County Public Health Lab collected the samples from the individuals and then sent them to the CDC. That after the 3 either traveled from Wuhan, or were in contact with someone who has been infected by the Coronavirus. The CDC is currently the only institution in the U.S. that can test for the deadly disease.
