Santa cruz police officers arrested 4-people on Saturday for various drug related offenses. Officers contacted the 4 while the suspects were in a vehicle parked on the 5-hundred block of center street. the 4-people, (all santa cruz county residents in their 20s), were arrested on a range of charges, included being under the influence of a controlled substance. They were booked into santa cruz county jail.
