4 people were arrested in Salinas yesterday. that after stolen property was recovered during a raid at a Salinas homeless camp. That camp is at the end of Rico Street (near the train tracks). Among the stolen items were a gun safe, a storage trailer, and i-d theft material. The 3 men and 1 woman were booked into Monterey County Jail.
