A PEBBLE BEACH MAN WAS SENTENCED IN A FEDERAL CASE YESTERDAY (TUES).   ALAN HUEY WILL SERVE THREE YEARS PROBATION AND 2 MONTHS CONFINEMENT FOR HIS INVOLVEMENT IN A TOMATO PRICE-FIXING SCAM.  HUEY, FORMER VICE PRESIDENT OF S-K FOODS, DIRECTED EMPLOYEES TO FALSELY LABEL FOOD PRODUCTS.   LAST YEAR, PEBBLE BEACH RESIDENT AND OWNER OF S-K FOODS, FREDERICK SCOTT SALYER, WAS SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS IN PRISON FOR HIS INVOLVEMENT IN THE SCAM.
