THE TRIAL IS STILL PENDING FOR A MAN FACING MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES. JON RENO SAINT JAMES, THE FORMER OWNER OF  PARTY BUS SANTA CRUZ, APPEARED IN A SANTA CRUZ COUNTY COURT ROOM TODAY TO SET HIS TRIAL DATE, BUT THAT PROCEEDING WAS POSTPONED BECAUSE SAINT JAMES FIRED HIS ATTORNEY. SAINT JAMES FACES CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH NATASHA NOLAND’S DEATH, BECAUSE SHE AND ANOTHER WOMAN FELL FROM ONE OF HIS PARTY BUSES AS IT WAS RETURNING THEM FROM A CONCERT IN SAN JOSE. NOLAND WAS DECLARED DEAD AT THE SCENE. SAINT JAMES IS SCHEDULED TO RETURN TO COURT NEXT MONTH.
