A CAPITOLA BANK WAS ROBBED THIS MORNING.  OFFICIALS SAY A CAUCASIAN MAN ENTERED THE CITIBANK BRANCH ON 41ST AVENUE SHORTLY AFTER 1 P-M.    HE GAVE THE TELLER A NOTE DEMANDING MONEY, WAS GIVEN CASH, AND THEN FLED IN A TAN VEHICLE.    THE MAN HAS BEEN DESCRIBED TO BE IN HIS EARLY THIRTIES,   AROUND 5-FEET 9-INCHES TALL, WITH A MEDIUM BUILD AND A TATTOO ON THE BACK OF HIS NECK.    HE WORE A WHITE TEE-SHIRT,    BLACK SWEATSHIRT, AVIATOR SUNGLASSES,   AND A BLACK HAT.    ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION IS ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT CAPITOLA POLICE.
