Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A LOCAL ACTIVIST, ENVIRONMENTALIST, ECCENTRIC ARTIST, AND PEACEKEEPER HAS DIED. ED LEEPER WAS 86 YEARS-OLD WHEN HE DIED AT HIS HOME FRIDAY. LEEPER WAS INVOLVED WITH MANY PROJECTS, ONE OF WHICH WAS LIQUID BOOKS….A MOBILE BOOKSTORE HE TOOK AROUND THE MONTEREY PENINSULA (TO GIVE BOOKS AWAY FOR FREE). THE TUESDAY DOWNTOWN FARMERS MARKET WAS ONE OF HIS STOPS FOR LIQUID BOOKS.    HIS WIFE, ELIZABETH, PASSED AWAY IN 2005. LEEPER IS SURVIVED BY HIS 2 STEP-DAUGHTERS.
