THE DASH IS THE NICKNAME FOR THE LOCAL 180 - 180 INITIATIVE, WHICH HAS A SUB-GOAL OF HOUSING 25  OF THE MOST HIGHLY VISIBLE HOMELESS IN SANTA CRUZ AND 12 IN WATSONVILLE BY MAY 7TH.   THE 180-180 PROJECT STANDS FOR OFFERING 180 HOMELESS PEOPLE THE CHANCE TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THEIR LIVES 180 DEGREES BY JULY 1ST. TO DATE 153 PEOPLE HAVE RECEIVED HOUSING COUNTYWIDE.
