A Watsonville man considered armed and dangerous is still being sought after evading police in the Seabright area of Santa Cruz yesterday. Police say 24-year old Paul Garcia is a wanted felon and a known drug dealer who does business in the area. He ran from officers at about 2 o’clock after he was pulled over for a traffic stop. Police canvassed the area for about 2 hours issuing a reverse 911 call advising residents to shelter in place during that time. He is described as a Hispanic man with a shaved head, goatee, and neck tattoo who may have a gun. Please contact Santa Cruz Police with any information about Garcia’swhereabouts.
