A decision to tear down a historic polo barn in Scotts Valley is on hold for at least another 30 days.   During a meeting last night, the city council agreed to see if a relocation deal can be made with Pasatiempo Golf Course.  At issue is a one-million dollar exchange deal from a housing developer to demolish the barn, so that a public park can be built on the site, along with 40 new homes.   The developer initially agreed to preserve the structure when they purchased the Santa’s Village Road property in 2009, but now claims it’s unsafe and wants to tear it down.
