Several open houses will be held next week in Monterey County to get public input about where a new Juvenile Hall should be built.  The interactive sessions come after officials have been in the process of trying to determine the best location to build the new 52.8 million dollar facility.  The new one will replace the existing 50-year old out of date building, with one that can accommodate future needs and is up to state standards.

The first open house will be held Tuesday October 15th from 6-to-8 p.m. at Natividad Medical Center's S-E-A Conference Room.

The second one is set for Thursday October 17th from 6-to-8 p.m., at the Monterey County Integrated Health Care Center’s Training Room.
