THREE MEN WERE ARRESTED SATURDAY ON SUSPICION OF SPRAY PAINTING GRAFFITI ON THE KING CITY HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS.   SANTIAGO VALENTIN, JESUS VALENTIN AND JOSE CHAVEZ WERE STOPPED JUST BEFORE 5 P.M. LEAVING THE AREA IN A WHITE PICK UP TRUCK.   UPON SEARCHING THE VEHICLE, OFFICERS FOUND A LOADED REVOLVER AND SEVERAL CANS OF SPRAY PAINT.   ALL THREE MEN WERE BOOKED INTO MONTEREY COUNTY JAIL ON SUSPICION OF PARTICIPATING IN A CRIMINAL STREET GANG, POSSESSING A CONCEALED FIREARM, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND VIOLATION OF PROBATION WITH GANG ENHANCEMENTS.
