Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

THE HOLLISTER POLICE CHIEF WAS AWOKEN EARLY THIS MORNING WHEN A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER CRASHED INTO HIS HOME.  POLICE SAY THE PICK-TRUCK SMASHED THROUGH THE HOME’S FRONT DOOR AROUND 1 A.M., AND KEPT GOING UNTIL IT FINALLY STOPPED IN CHIEF WESTRICK’S KITCHEN.    REPORTS ALSO SAY THE OUT OF CONTROL VEHICLE KNOCKED DOWN TWO POWER POLES, ALONG WITH LIVE ELECTRICAL WIRES AND CAUSED A GAS LEAK.   THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK WAS AIR-LIFTED TO A SAN JOSE TRAUMA CENTER.  THE CHIEF AND HIS FAMILY ALL ESCAPED UNINJURED.
