THE MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING MORGAN HILL TEEN, SIERRA LAMAR, FAILED TO ONCE AGAIN ENTER A PLEA WHEN HE APPEARED IN COURT THIS WEEK.   ANTOLIN GARCIA TORRES IS CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING AND MURDERING THE 15-YEAR OLD LAST MARCH.   ON THURSDAY, TORRES DID NOT ENTER A PLEA, AND ANALYSTS DON’T EXPECT HIM TO UNTIL ALL THE EVIDENCE IN THE CASE IS IN.    AT THIS POINT, SINCE THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR MORE EVIDENCE, ATTORNEYS SAY THIS COULD BE A MISSING PERSON’S CASE AND NOT A MURDER INVESTIGATION.   MEANTIME, HE REMAINS BEHIND BARS WITHOUT BAIL.   HIS NEXT COURT DATE HAS BEEN SET FOR NOVEMBER 15TH.
