Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A  MAN  IS  BEING  SOUGHT  IN  CONNECTION  WITH  THIS  MORNING’S  DISCOVERY  OF  A  WOMAN’S  BODY  IN  SALINAS.    VIDEO SURVEILLANCE  FOOTAGE  SHOWED  THAT  JUST  A  FEW  MINUTES  BEFORE  SHE WAS  FOUND LEANING  ON  A  SHOPPING  CART  FULL  OF  RECYCLABLES,  A  MAN  WAS  SEEN  PUSHING  THE  CART  DOWN  THE  300 BLOCK  OF  WEST  MARKET  STREET, WITH  THE  58  YEAR-OLD  WOMAN’S  BODY  LYING  FACE  DOWN  ON  TOP.    

THE  MAN  IS  DESCRIBED  AS  A  WHITE  OR  HISPANIC  MALE,   WEARING  A  WHITE  LONG-SLEEVE  SHORT  AND  BLUE  PANTS.    ANYONE  WITH  ANY INFORMATION  ON THIS  INCIDENT  IS  ENCOURAGED  TO  CONTACT  THE  SALINAS  POLICE  DEPARTMENT.
