 SANTA CRUZ POLICE ARRESTED 3 TRANSIENTS IN 3 SEPARATE BURGLARY RELATED INCIDENTS EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. 39 YEAR OLD NOAH CRISP WAS ARRESTED IN POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS AFTER HE WAS OBSERVED AROUND 2:10 A-M CHECKING CAR DOORS NEAR MARKET AND WATER STREETS.  22 YEAR OLD BRIAN ERDELYI WAS ARRESTED WITH DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND A LOCK PICK AT 4:45 A-M BY CHESTNUT AND LAUREL STREETS, AND AT7:15 A-M  31 YEAR OLD EGMIDIO  ANDERSON WAS ARRESTED ON NATIONAL STREET IN POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, A STOLEN SKATEBOARD, AND A STOLEN BICYCLE. ALL 3 MEN WERE BOOKED INTO SANTA CRUZ COUNTY JAIL.
