BICYCLES USED BY SPECIAL ED STUDENTS AT A WATSONVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WERE FOUND STOLEN LAST WEEK.  THE NINE BIKES, WORTH $1,500, WERE SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR THE 22 STUDENTS AT HA HYDE ELEMENTARY.   THE BICYCLES WERE TAKEN LAST MONDAY FROM THE SCHOOL ON ALTA VISTA AVENUE.   TEACHERS AT THE SCHOOL SAY THE SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS USED THE BIKES AS A WAY TO IMPROVE THEIR SOCIAL SKILLS. WATSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL'S BASEBALL TEAM WAS ALSO BURGLARIZED THIS WEEK, HOWEVER SCHOOL OFFICIALS DON'T BELIEVE THAT THEFT WAS CONNECTED TO THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INCIDENT.
