THE CURATOR OF THE CAPITOLA MUSEUM IS RETIRING.    CAROLYN SWIFT HAS BEEN MANAGING THE MUSEUM FOR THE PAST 2 DECADES.   SWIFT IS ALSO A LOCAL HISTORIAN WHO HAS COLLABORATED ON SEVERAL BOOKS, AS WELL AS AUTHORED HER OWN. HER JULY 13TH RETIREMENT DATE ALSO MARKS THE RELEASE OF HER LATEST BOOK, TITLED “CAPITOLA”, AND HER 65TH BIRTHDAY. THERE WILL BE A RETIREMENT AND BOOK SIGNING HELD DURING THE HOURS OF 12 -2 P-M AT THE MUSEUM LOCATED AT 410 CAPITOLA ROAD.    THE CITY OF CAPITOLA IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR CURATOR UNTIL 5 P-M THIS (MONDAY) EVENING.
