IN COURT TODAY A JURY FOUND A 45-YEAR-OLD TRANSIENT MAN GUILTY OF PETTY THEFT AND MAKING FELONY CRIMINAL THREATS, FOLLOWING THE MAN LIFTING FOOD FROM A GROCERY STORE AND MAKING THREATS TO A FIRST ALARM GUARD.    DAVID JAMES HAGEE WAS DETAINED WHILE STEALING FOOD FROM A MISSION STREET GROCERY STORE AND THREATENED TO “BEAT UP AND KILL” THE GUARD THAT DETAINED HIM.   HE THEN CHARGED THE FIRST ALARM GUARD AND WAS PEPPER SPRAYED BEFORE POLICE ARRIVED.
