a san juan bautista man has been sentenced for stealing a tip jar from a hollister sandwich shop in june. 21 year-old rion redko pleaded guilty on friday to charges related to an incident when he took a tip jar containing 3-dollars from a togo’s on airlinehighway. redko demanded a woman’s wallet twice before fleeing when she refused. he was sentenced to 3 years in state prison.
