A Salinas woman has been arrested for DUI following a fatal car crash in Prunedale Friday morning. The crash took place shortly before 6 a-m on San Miguel Canyon Road when 27-year-old Hilda Valencia Flores collided head on into a vehicle killing three of the four occupants. The roadway was closed for several hours. Additional charges are expected.
