Plans for 3 homes, proposed for the Carmel Point area, will be considered by the California Coastal Commission. One of the issues, especially since these homes are designed to have big basements, is the protection of Native American cultural resources. The 49 to 58-hundred square foot homes, with 24-hundred square foot basements, are set to be discussed at the Coastal Commission’s November 13th in Half Moon Bay.
