An 18-year-old soledad man is facing murder charges, for allegedly shooting and killing a man in king city last year. Pedro perez was arraigned last week, following a plea deal by a 2nd man in the case, paul duran, junior. Duran was originally accused of the murder, but pleaded “no contest” to lesser crimes, after it was alleged that perez was in fact the shooter. A 3rd man is still being sought in connection with the crime, in which armando ulloa was shot on north vanderhurst street. He later died at mee memorial hospital.
