A 2nd man has been convicted of shooting and injuring a 7-year-old boy in King City. Jesse perez pleaded no contest to attempted murder charges, for his role in the 2010 incident. He also admitted to committing the crime to benefit the norteno criminal street gang. Perez is expected to be sentenced to 18-years in prison, when he returns to court on October 25th. Last week, another man in the case accepted a plea deal. Juan villapando nuno could face up to 30-years in prison for his role in the attack. A 3rd man is still awaiting a plea deal.
