A 2nd person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man at the Emerald Bay Apartments in Soquel last month. 19 year-old Hollister resident Alexis Balderas was arrest early this afternoon. He had been being held on warrants in Santa Cruz county jail since the night of the April 19th killing. Balderas’ bail is set at 1.5 million dollars.
