(23:18) Scotts Valley – A man was arrested for stalking and threatening a woman in Scotts Valley. There is documentation showing that 57 year-old Steven Kirk Dunning has been stalking the same Scotts Valley resident (and several other females as well) since 2009. Anyone who believes they may have experienced similar behavior from Dunning is encouraged to contact the Scotts Valley Police Department.
