The 3-day Monterey Jazz Festival is now scheduled to return to being an in-person event in September. That said, people can expect some changes to the event so it can better adhere to Covid-19 protocols. The attendance is expected to be scaled back 50 percent, and there will be fewer stages. Tickets are expected to go on-sale early next month.
