(07:35) Salinas – The California Special Districts Association is honoring the former Mayor of Salinas and current Assemblymember, Anna Caballero, as the ‘2017 Legislator of the Year’. The award is given to those who make an impact at the state and local level. The ceremony is scheduled to take place this morning at the Medical Museum at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
