2 people were airlifted last night, after they were shot while in the Pajaro area of north Monterey county. The 9:45 p.m. shooting reportedly took place on Fremont Street near Salinas Road just south of Watsonville. The shooter is still being sought, and anyone with information on that person is encouraged to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
