2 Salinas gang members have been arrested on weapon, drug and stolen vehicle-related charges. that after 47 year-old Rogelio Juarez was found driving a stolen vehicle, and 39 year-old Felipe Vera was wanted on a million dollar arrest warrant out of northern California for kidnapping, carjacking, and robbery. Both men were booked into Monterey County Jail.
