2 Salinas police officers are now on administrative leave after they fired their guns during a chase yesterday afternoon that involved a stolen vehicle in Salinas. No one was injured in the incident after which 41 year-old Scott Lewis Delcastillo was arrested. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.
