The evacuation orders for both the River and Carmel Fire burn scar areas have been lifted, but the one for the Dolan Fire still remains in place. About 79-hundred people were evacuated from those 3 areas, due to concerns about debris and mudflows….and some of those did occur in both the River and Dolan Fire burn scar areas.
