2 people from Monterey county have been arrested on suspicion of looting a property in a burn area in Santa Rosa. 31 year-old Johnathon Connor, and 22 year-old Christina Marsh, face a variety of charges including looting, reckless evading, vehicle theft, and conspiracy. neither Connor nor Marsh is believed to have any ties to anyone in Sonoma County.
