2 MEN HAVE FINALLY PLEADED NO CONTEST TO THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN THE VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER OF A 17 YEAR-OLD GIRL ON HIGHWAY 1 A FEW YEARS AGO. 52 YEAR-OLD MARK TINDALL WAS DRIVING RACHEL WIESJAHN DOWN THE BIG SUR COAST EARLY ONE AUGUST 2008 MORNING, WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE AND IT ROLLED. WIESJAHN, WHO HAD MANAGED TO GET OUT OF THE OVERTURNED VEHICLE AFTER THE ACCIDENT, WAS HIT BY A PASSING VEHICLE (THAT WAS BEING DRIVEN BY 51 YEAR-OLD MARK HUDSON). BOTH TINDALL AND HUDSON HAD BEEN DRINKING AT LOCAL TAVERNS, AND ALCOHOL WAS CONSIDERED TO BE A FACTOR IN BOTH ACCIDENTS.
