2 men were arrested today in connection with a July 4th shooting in Salinas. 20 year-old Jose Carillo Junior, and his father (Jose Carillo Senior), are believed to have been involved in the Cross Street shooting in which a man got out of an SUV and fired several rounds at 2 boys. The Carillo’s were booked into Monterey County Jail.
