2 men were arrested after they were caught breaking into a vehicle in Watsonville. The incident took place on Blanca Lane. 27 year-old Thivanka Weerasekara, and 26 year-old Zantz Blanton, now face charges of attempted vehicle burglary and vehicle tampering. They were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
