2 King City men have pleaded guilty to charges of attempted murder, for their part in a gang-related shooting on Highway 101 in 2018. 23 year-old Heber Veronica is expected to be sentenced to 20 years in prison, while 22 year-old Francisco Martinez is slated to be sentenced to 12 years in prison when they return to a Monterey county courtroom to be sentenced.
