Due to an accident between a Cal-Trans Truck, and an Armored Vehicle, delays of up to 2 hours can be expected between Castroville and Prunedale. The accident reportedly occurred in the 9 o’clock hour this morning on Highway 156 near Oak Hills Drive. 1 vehicle has reportedly been cleared from the scene, however the second vehicle still needs to be towed and the roadway cleaned-up. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage, and 1 person was transported to an area hospital with a leg injury.
