(09:00) Santa Cruz County – A man was arrested after he was caught with a loaded handgun and an unloaded rifle. The incident took place earlier this week at Davenport Landing Beach parking lot. Deputies on patrol found Craig Barriagan sitting in a vehicle with a loaded handgun in the center console and an unloaded rifle in the back seat. The Sheriff’s Office reported that they have seized 7 firearms in criminal cases since March 3rd.
